END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT for YT Free Downloader (the Software).

1. Summary
This license provides important information concerning the Software, provides you with a license to use the Software and contains warranty and liability information. By using the Software, you are accepting the Software AS IS and agreeing to be bound by the terms of this license agreement. In no event will the author be held liable for any damages arising from the use of this Software. If you do not wish to do so, do not use the Software.

2. Definitions
License shall mean the terms and conditions for use, reproduction, and distribution as defined by this document.

Licensor shall mean the copyright owner or entity authorized by the copyright owner that is granting the License.

You (or Your or "User") shall mean an individual or Legal Entity exercising permissions granted by this License.

Contributor shall mean Licensor and any individual or Legal Entity on behalf of whom a contribution has been received by Licensor and subsequently incorporated within the Work.

3. Terms of License
This license allows You to use the Software on Your PC. PLEASE READ THIS DOCUMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS SOFTWARE.

4. Ownership
This license provides You with limited rights to use the Software. Licensor retain all ownership, right, title and interest in, to and of the Software and all copies of it. All rights not specifically granted in this license, including domestic and international copyrights, are reserved by the Licensor. YouTube 2012 Google Inc. All rights reserved. YouTube is a trademark of Google Inc. This Software is not affiliated with or by any means approved by Google Inc.

5. Functionalities
The Software was designed to download and convert video files from YouTube. The Software is available for free. Software may include automatic updating. User may not deactivate such automatic updates.

6. Notifications, third-party materials
The Product may enable access to third-party services, products and websites ("External Services"). In addition, User acknowledge that Provider may use certain features and/or monetization tools that display certain information and content to User while using the Product including without limitation systems updates, service announcements, administrative messages regarding the service, advertisements, coupons, sponsored messages, photographs, graphics and information about the Product. User understand that by using the Product and/or any of the External Services, User may be exposed to content from a variety of sources, and that neither the Provider nor Licensors are responsible for the accuracy, usefulness, safety, or intellectual property rights of or relating to such content. User may be exposed to content that is inaccurate, offensive, indecent, or objectionable, and User agree to waive, and hereby do waive, any legal or equitable rights or remedies User may have against Provider or Licensors with respect thereto. User will be able to opt out of receiving advertisements.

7. Privacy policy
Software may collect anonymous information about User. Software may use such anonymous information or disclose it to authorized service providers, to improve Provider's services or to enhance Users' experience with the Software, during the term of this Agreement or anytime thereafter. Software may also disclose anonymous information (with or without compensation) to third parties, including advertisers and partners, for purposes including, but not limited to, targeted advertisements. Anonymous information means information which does not enable identification of an individual User, such as aggregated and analytics information about the use of the Software, demographic information, including but not limited to Users' browser type, operating system type and IP address.

8. Restrictions on Use
You shall not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, include in other software or use the Software for any commercial purposes. You shall not modify, alter, change or otherwise make any modification to the Software or create derivative works based upon the Software. You shall not rent, lease, resell, sub-license, assign, distribute or otherwise transfer the Software or this License. Any attempt to do so shall be void and of no effect.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Unless required by applicable law or agreed to in writing, the Licensor provides the Software (and each Contributor provides its contributions) on an AS IS BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, either express or implied, including, without limitation, any warranties or conditions of TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY, or FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. You are solely responsible for determining the appropriateness of using or redistributing the Software and assume any risks associated with Your exercise of permissions under this License.
